Hello, I'm Dale.
I've spent my career working across the financial and operational sides of businesses — solving problems and putting better systems and processes in place.
That background includes senior leadership roles, non-executive directorships and leading through the private-equity exit of Omnia. Before that, I served in the Armed Forces, where I learned to stay calm when things get messy and get the job done alongside the people around you.
I established Harbour to give Cornwall's small businesses experienced, hands-on support — without the cost or complexity of employing a senior manager.
